Vepřové na jehle se sušenými švestkami
Na čtyři porce: 400 g vepřové kýty, 6 tenkých plátků slaniny, 12 vypeckovaných vláčných sušených švestek, sůl, bílý pepř, 2 lžíce oleje, 2 lžíce brandy, 100 ml sladké smetany
Maso nakrájíme na kostky, plátky slaniny podélně rozpůlíme a do každé půlky zabalíme jednu švestku. Maso a zabalené švestky střídavě napichujeme na čtyři jehly. Osolíme a opepříme. Na pánvi rozehřejeme olej, vložíme jehly a maso opékáme asi deset minut na mírném ohni ze všech stran. Vyjmeme a uchováme horké. Do pánve nalijeme brandy a smetanu, rozředíme připečeniny a takto vzniklou omáčkou přelijeme masové jehly
